Title: Hellish events at Hermitage Castle

Plot Summary: A medieval owner, Lord Soulis, was a notorious warlock who desired the beloved of the Laird of Branxholme Castle. He kidnapped the pair and proposed to do away with his rival. At this point, his fang-toothed familiar, Redcap, warned him to 'beware the tree'. Soulis ignored him and failed to spot Branxholm's supporteers, camouflaged by branches, who had come to rescue him from Hermitage Castle. They wrapped Soulis in lead and boiled him to death. Local children are supposed to throw stones into the ruined castle and taunt Redcap's ghost.
